These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ecology USA website and the purchase of our products. By accessing this site you agree to be bound by these terms. We may update them from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Orders & Pricing
All products are made to order. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to begin production; the remaining balance is due before delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Production & Shipping
Because each piece is handcrafted from solid wood, lead times typically range from 8-12 weeks. We ship within the continental United States. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds
As our furniture is custom-made, we do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Deposits are non-refundable.
Product Variation
Solid wood is a natural material. Variations in grain, color, and minor movement over time are expected and are not considered defects. Dimensions may vary slightly due to the source of materials.
Limitation of Liability
Ecology USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
